Why Play?
The purpose of We Are Not Striving is rather simple. It is an exercise in envisioning and celebrating a peaceful life. Conflict and need are not the focus. It encourages us to consider rest, fulfillment, and finding enjoyment without drama at the center. Drama is a wonderful aspect of storytelling in general, but taking a moment to simply enjoy peace is potent. These rules provide a tool set for imagining this together as a group.
